This Postmodern office building in central Birmingham was constructed as part of a high profile 90’s development that provided a new commercial precinct in the city. The building is dated and now needs renewal to reflect current market demand. The refurbishment covers the reception and common areas. Clear glazing is being introduced in the entrance façade to improve the visibility to and from the central atrium. The atrium itself will be augmented with modern interventions including a brass reception desk and a 4-storey lighting array.
