This block sits within a handsome Victorian terrace and retail parade in Hampstead town centre. The refurbishment retains character features and inserts new high quality bathroom and kitchen ‘pods’ to a lower datum. The clestories and hold-open lobby joinery ensure good lighting levels to the centre of this compact plan.
