This office building was constructed in the early 2000s in central Birmingham. The building is now to be modernised, in response to current market expectations. The reception is to fully refurbished, with a rich palette of materials replacing the current all-grey interior. The street presence of the building is being greatly improved through façade enhancements, where a 2-storey “pavilion” element is being created at the street junction. This intervention, in a contrasting, dark colour, emphasises the corner and encompasses the reception entrance and a new ground floor tenancy entrance on the side street
