Olivers Yard
Companies House had been transformed into Olivers Yard a decade earlier by Derwent Valley and ORMS. Gavin was part of the team and welcomed the challenge of reworking this floor as a blueprint for future Cat A works. A less institutional feel was achieved by limiting access ceiling through close coordination of services and lighting. A bespoke service strip was developed with Lightworks which integrated lighting with air con grilles, PIRs and smoke sensors.
